FEATURING THE WORLD PUBLIC PREMIERES OF

Celluloid Curse Against The Current Government

A short film documenting Andrew Harper's spell casting ritual performance. This film has been more talked about than seen, come and check out exactly what Andrew does. Meet the technical crew who made it happen as well. Copies of the film will be available for the adventurous punter, as will the Network of Uncollectable Artists trading cards, the hit of the recent Next Wave Festival. Selling fast already, this could well be the first occasion the cards will be publicly available in this state. If you have cards, get along and swap your doubles @ the first NUCA swapmeet in Tasmania!

-----------------

The Artists

Bizarre mock-umentary about a Tasmanian Artist. Something to offend everyone. Must be seen to be believed.

AND THESE ASTONISHING GEMS

Keith's Yard Clip

Lots of short experimental work from the mind of Colin Henry Jnr, including his quality Rage-screened filmclip for the now sadly defunct band, Keith's Yard.

-----------------

The Handyman

Made nearly seven years ago, this gore extravaganza was the directional debut by long-time Hobart filmmaker Ric Mourant and features a few Hobart band and theatre scene indentites, a soundtrack by Hobart 'shitcore' legends Street Kid Jake and some very dodgey gore effects - with genuine animal guts, 'fresh' from a Huonville abbatoir. This film is a Hobart legend, and has not been publicly screened for some years. Ric is beginning production for the long-awaited sequel as you read this, and is looking for cast and crew. He can't be there, but his agent (moi) will be!!!!

-----------------

DJ FUN

visual mind pollution from vj maestro Joseph Barrows, the electronic wranglings of Slimey Brown, and the dark ambient throbbing that is Scott d. Cotterel (USER) to get you grooving (kinda) after all the weirdness slops out.
